Refund Policy
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, factory sealed, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Returns are subject to 10% restocking fee.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@isekaidotaku.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Item is no longer factory sealed
- Minor cosmetic paint issues. Products are shipped from manufacturer and paintwork is done partially by hand therefore products may vary.
- Item does not 100% match height if in description
- Damages to original box
- Package is delivered later than expected thus exceeding our 3-day policy. Once item is shipped, transit times are not in our control.
Your item is defective and/or missing parts
We are sorry to hear that the product came in poor conditions and understand your frustration. Please reach out to us at info@isekaidotaku.com so that we may figure out how to make this right for you.
We cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges. Refunds will be provided to the original payment method.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time, often 10-14 business days, for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
