Pre-Order Policy
We do not accept cancellations for any reasons after the pre-order has been placed.
All pre-order due dates are listed under each pre-order product description.
Orders need to be placed by pre-order due date to ensure that you will receive the item when it is released.
Things to know about pre-orders:
- Pre-order products are not in stock but will be available at a future time.
- Pre-orders are charged immediately upon checkout.
- Pre-orders can be cancelled due to manufacturer-related issues, defectiveness of product, production/distribution issues, etc. We will offer you a full refund if this occurs.
- Pricing on a pre-order item can increase under certain circumstances due to unforeseen additional charges from manufacturer. You will be asked to pay the difference upon invoicing you for the remaining amount if this is ever the case.
- Please note that the estimated us arrival is still only an estimate. These dates can change.
Important!
Although we provide the US estimated arrival time pre-orders can still be delayed 2-3 months or more. We ask that you are patient with us and we will update you as accurately possible as this is out of our control and has to do with supply chain issues.
